In the area of education and training as well as skills development, INNOSYSTEMS is the coordinator of a key Erasmus+ project in the respective area entitled DEM@ENTORING (https://www.dementoring.eu). The project is developing, testing and deploying an education and training program for e-mentors to people caring for persons with a dementia disease. An educational and training approach has been applied, addressing health and wellbeing in order to enhance an understanding of the disease and to efficiently cope with the dementia symptoms, raise awareness, and decrease stigmatization. The e-mentoring training program has been implemented in different EU countries. INNOSYSTEMS in particular is responsible for IO3 which involved the “Design & Development of DEM@ENTORING platform and training material”.
